Returns and Exchanges


All of the proceeds from the sale of our products support our mission of New Jersey wildlife rehabilitation, environmental education and habitat conservation. We strive every day to rehabilitate, release and educate!

Due to COVID-19, we will not allow store returns on certain items. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final on the following items: face masks, hats, beanies, jewelry and edible items.  

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it, with the original receipt. 

In the odd chance that your order arrived damaged, please contact us at giftshop@cedarrun.org and we’ll be sure to do what we can to resolve the issue as fast as possible.
